✨ Before Booking
We strongly encourage all clients to review our policies and pre/post-care instructions prior to booking to ensure our services are the right fit for you.
If you have upcoming events, vacations, or special occasions, please plan your appointment accordingly to allow proper healing time.
If you have had previous permanent makeup (microblading, shading, or tattooing done elsewhere), you must contact us prior to booking. Photos may be required for assessment. Failure to disclose previous work may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of your deposit.
✨ Consultation
Consultations are not required but are highly recommended, especially for new clients or those considering permanent makeup.
This session allows us to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and determine the most suitable service for you.
Failure to disclose medical conditions, previous treatments, or contraindications may result in cancellation of your appointment without refund.
💳 Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost.
Permanent makeup services require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
We accept various forms of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.
🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
⏰ Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or shortened, and deposits may be forfeited.
🚫 No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in loss of your deposit.
Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
💉 Permanent Makeup Policy
Permanent makeup is a multi-step process and may require a touch-up session to achieve optimal results.
A brow retouch is required approximately 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment.

Results vary for each individual based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.
🧾 Health & Safety
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and skin sensitivities prior to their appointment.We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
For the safety of our clients and to ensure optimal results, certain substances and conditions must be disclosed prior to your appointment.
Clients must avoid caffeine, alcohol, and blood-thinning medications or supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, or similar) for at least 24–48 hours before their appointment, unless prescribed by a physician.
Please inform us in advance if you:
Are taking blood-thinning medications
Have any medical conditions or skin sensitivities
Have consumed substances that may affect the procedure
Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to excessive bleeding, which can impact pigment retention and final results.
If this information is disclosed within 48 hours of your appointment, or if excessive bleeding is observed during the session, your appointment may be rescheduled to ensure proper conditions. In such cases, your deposit may be forfeited (not credited).

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no additional guests or children are allowed unless previously approved.
📸 Photos & Consent
Photos and videos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes.
Please inform us prior to your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.

By booking with Khary Belle Beauty Studio services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
